Sports professionals, and corporate athletes know that if they wan't to stay at the top of their game, they must routinely train with a coach who can help get them to the next level. This is why for the last 12 years I have had mentors and coaches to help provide me with the mental tools and resources necessary to keep me at the top of my professional game.
